Prada Group in Milan seeks a Visual Merchandiser responsible for shop window fit-outs and in-store displays, aligning with VM guidelines and brand image to boost sales.

You will update the Display APP, photograph displays, and coordinate with VM, Retail Merchandising, Events, and PR teams to ensure consistent presentation.

The role demands a creative mindset, fluency in English, and ability to work independently within a collaborative luxury environment.

Mansioni

• Carry out the fit-outs of shop windows and displays in stores following VM guidelines to uphold brand image and high quality standards.
• Participate in store fit-outs within Milan as requested by the VM Manager and Store Manager.
• Update the Display APP, photograph changes, and upload images to the APP.
• Cooperate with Retail Merchandising to implementation of fitouts that foster traffic and sales.
• Provide guidance on product display to Store Managers and Department Managers.
• Share feedback with Visual Merchandising and Retail Merchandising on results of fitouts.
• Collaborate with Events, PR, and VIC teams for in-store events and private client appointments.
