Vodafone Group Plc in Milano is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to operate across European and Group environments, partnering with leaders to deliver people strategies that drive business success. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting organizational transformation, talent management, employee engagement and workforce planning across international business areas.

Strong business partnering experience within an international environment.
Solid understanding of HR disciplines and people processes.
Experience supporting organizational change and transformation programmes.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Excellent communication skills and analytical mindset.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with operational execution.
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
Minimum 4/5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a comparable HR role.
Experience working in multinational and multicultural environments.
Fluency in English and Italian.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and HR systems.
Strong analytics and project management mindset
