Vodafone is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to operate across European and Group environments. You will partner with senior leaders to drive people strategies, organizational design, and workforce planning across international business areas.

Join an international HR team and contribute to strategic people initiatives affecting thousands of Vodafone employees. The role requires fluency in English and Italian, a degree in a relevant field, and 4–5 years in HRBP or similar roles.

Competenze

• Experience in HR business partnering within an international environment.
• Minimum 4/5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or a comparable HR role.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong communication and analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.

• Coach managers on people-related topics, leadership challenges and team effectiveness.
