Loom Talent are supporting a Global engineering business with ~c1000 employees, seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to run their Italy site of ~50 staff, working closely with UK operations. Based in Veneto, Italy, this onsite role requires 4-5 days on site, focusing on HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement and leadership development in a blue-collar environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a similar role focusing on both the operational capability of a site and strategic focus.
• Experience operating in a blue-collar environment.
• Comfortable being onsite 4-5 days a week.

• Management and development of local HR & Recruitment strategies with a focus on retention and HR best practise.
• Partner closely and build strong relationships with senior leaders both in Italy and the UK.
• Be involved in exciting projects such as workforce planning, succession planning, employee engagement and org design.
• Operate in a proactive way understanding key challenges and implementing process improvements where needed.
• Responsible for leadership development and management coaching.
• Partner closely with centralised Talent and L&D teams in the UK to drive performance and increase retention.

With the Head office the UK the blue-collar giant is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to run their site of c50 in Italy supported by a small HR team and partner closely with the UK operations.
