Job summary

Mercer Consulting in Italy leads HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will guide end-to-end adoption, map and optimize HR processes, and design delivery models while shaping HRIS implementations across industries.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong program management, vendor and stakeholder management, and deep knowledge of Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, and Oracle.

Qualifications

• Leadership and program management experience in HR transformation.
• Hands-on HRIS implementation and cloud HCM delivery.
• Strong knowledge of modern HR platforms (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle).
• Excellent relationship and stakeholder management across multi-national teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HR transformation projects for clients.
• Analyze HR processes and design efficient workflows.
• Develop business cases and assessments for HR IT systems.
• Lead project teams and develop leadership skills.
