Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading HR transformation programs for enterprise clients.
• Digital Transformation background with HRIS implementations
• Project experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle and related tech
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms
• Fluent English for international projects

Responsibilities

In this role you drive high-impact HR transformation programs for enterprise clients, focusing on cloud HCM platforms. You will join the Digital team within Marsh People and Investments to guide end-to-end HCM technology adoption and delivery. You’ll map and optimize HR processes, design delivery models, and lead client engagements across industries. This is a hands-on leadership role where you shape HRIS implementations and contribute to a culture of innovation and knowledge growth.
