Job summary

Mercer Consulting in Trieste seeks a senior HR Transformation leader to drive cloud HCM platform adoption for enterprise clients, guiding end-to-end HRIS implementations and delivery models. You will lead client engagements across industries and shape HR processes for scalable adoption.

This hands-on role requires a strong background in HRIS architecture, digital transformation, and managing both direct and indirect teams. Fluent English is essential for international projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading HRIS implementation programs for enterprise clients.
• Background in Digital Transformation projects.
• Experience in HR/HCM consulting firms.
• Strong knowledge of HR system architecture, data flows and processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end HCM and technology adoption projects for clients.
• Prepare business cases and technical assessments for HR IT systems.
• Analyze current HR processes and identify more efficient workflows.
• Contribute to delivery models for HR services.
• Act as focal point for clients in HR transformation and technology selection.
• Map end-to-end HR processes and collaborate with HR Advisory on improvements.
• Implement HRIS systems and support all project phases.
• Learn Mercer’s standard tools and methodologies.
• Support development of new business opportunities and intellectual capital.
