Accessiway seeks a GTM Engineer (Mid-Senior) to design and deploy AI-driven revenue plays, aligned with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success across four markets. This remote-friendly role blends data, automation, and experimentation to optimize the revenue engine from signal to renewal.

You will own enrichment pipelines, pipeline generation, and automated onboarding while partnering with RevOps and regional leaders. English fluency is essential in this global setup.

Competenze

• Deep, hands-on experience using AI and LLMs to build GTM systems.
• Ability to automate and build guardrails for scalable outputs.
• Strong experience with enrichment and workflow-automation tools (e.g., Clay).
• Fluent in English for collaboration across markets.
• Proven track record in pipeline generation within B2B SaaS.
• Comfort with multi-region, multi-language outbound initiatives.

• Build AI-driven GTM systems powering revenue motion end-to-end.
• Generate pipeline through outbound and inbound motions across markets and languages.
• Automate deals, onboarding, and CRM updates with a seamless handoff to CS.
• Detect renewal and expansion signals and turn them into plays with CS.
• Own data enrichment pipelines turning CRM, product usage, and intent data into clean inputs.
• Experiment and scale plays; measure outcomes and prune weak ones.
