n8n is seeking a Senior Platform Product Manager to own the Core Platform strategy and roadmap. You will partner with Engineering and Product leadership to define foundational investments and align with enterprise needs, ensuring scalability, reliability and security across deployments.

You will drive major releases, manage cross-org alignment, and bridge the Core Platform with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success and Support to deliver measurable platform outcomes.

Competenze

• 5+ years in Product with platform/infrastructure focus
• Credible with senior engineers and architecture discussions
• Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives with risk
• Ability to connect foundational work to customer/ commercial outcomes
• Autonomy to own problems and drive outcomes
• Excellent communication of complex topics to tech and non-tech audiences
• Experience with customer-controlled environments (self-hosted, air-gapped)
