Job summary

HSBC in Italy seeks a Senior Sales Manager for the Global Trade Solution (GTS) team. You will develop strategic client relationships and drive growth through tailored trade and working-capital solutions, coordinating across product, risk, credit and operations teams to ensure timely execution.

You will lead multi-stakeholder mandates, translate client requirements into viable commercial terms, and manage proposals, negotiations and delivery from opportunity through implementation.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in transaction banking, trade finance or corporate banking.
• Proven track record of developing and executing global trade solutions across products such as guarantees, letters of credit, receivables finance, and supply chain finance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strong delivery discipline with ability to manage priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for an assigned portfolio of corporate clients, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities across trade finance and working capital solutions to grow the business.
• Lead preparation and delivery of client proposals, presentations and commercial negotiations, while managing the sales pipeline.
