Job summary
HSBC Holdings plc in Italy is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead the Global Trade Solution team for corporate clients. You will develop strategic relationships, identify growth opportunities and deliver tailored trade and working-capital solutions, coordinating with product, risk, and operations teams.
You will work closely with Relationship Managers and clients across Italy to move opportunities from opportunity through to implementation, ensuring value and timely delivery in a
Qualifications
- Significant experience in transaction banking, trade finance, working capital or corporate banking.
- Proven track record of developing and executing global trade solutions across products.
- Strong understanding of trade and working-capital products and market dynamics.
- Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder client mandates across teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for an assigned portfolio of corporate clients.
- Translate client requirements into commercially viable, risk-appropriate solutions.
- Lead client proposals, presentations and negotiations while managing the sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with product, risk, legal, operations to secure approvals and implementations.
- Maintain risk, governance standards and monitor delivery risks.
