Alpinestars is seeking a Senior Supply Planner in Asolo to translate demand into precise supply plans, balancing seasonality with supplier capacity. You will build 6–24 month plans across a broad supplier base, issue POs, and manage replenishment for eCommerce while identifying risks and driving improvements.

The role requires 5+ years in inventory/capacity planning, expert planning techniques, strong data analysis, ERP/BI tool experience, and advanced Excel skills.

Competenze

• At least 5+ years of inventory and/or capacity planning experience in a global consumer goods environment.
• Expert-level knowledge of supply planning and inventory optimization techniques, capacity planning logic and supply chain best practices.
• Solid data analysis and KPI reporting skills – e.g., service level by ABC classification, capacity utilization vs. plan, inventory turns.
• Experience with leading ERP systems (SO99+, AS400, Microsoft Dynamics) and BI tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

Mansioni

• Build medium (6–12 months) and long-term (12–24 months) supply plans for assigned product categories.
• Translate demand forecast into purchase plans, including issuing POs, considering seasonality, MOQs and lead times.
• Collaborate with Make-to-Stock and Make-to-Order flows and eCommerce replenishment.
• Identify supply risks, report on capacity utilization, and propose continuous improvements to reduce waste.
• Work with Demand Planning to challenge the plan when constraints or cost risks arise.
• Coordinate with Purchasing and Supplier Management to ensure timely plan execution.
• Develop inventory plans balancing service levels, turns, and obsolescence risk.
• Perform ABC and criticality analyses to prioritize NOOS items.
