Fedrigoni SpA in Verona seeks an experienced Supply Chain Planner to shape production capacity and align monthly S&OP with demand.

You will own capacity planning across campaigns, manage allocation, and lead S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory and service levels. The role requires 5+ years in supply chain, strong analytical skills, fluency in Italian and English, and a drive to implement automation and AI-enabled improvements.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain
• Background in production planning including 2–3 years in complex manufacturing environments
• Strong understanding of planning, inventory management, MRP, and S&OP
• Experience with MTO vs MTS planning approaches
• Analytical mindset with attention to process data; roots-of-problem focus
• Fluency in Italian and English; drive for automation/AI improvements

Mansioni

• Develop high-level production capacity plans to support the monthly S&OP process and align demand with capabilities.
• Manage the capacity allocation process with monthly detailed reviews and weekly adjustments for S&OP/S&OE cycles.
• Analyze and improve production planning processes including campaigns, allocation, capacity and stock coverage.
• Lead S&OP meetings, prepare data analyses and presentations, drive cross-functional actions to optimize inventory.
• Prepare and lead the S&OP Supply Review ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Collaborate with S&OP and Demand Planning to deploy forecasting models and improve demand planning capabilities.
• Promote continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies and eliminating waste to drive sustainable process improvements.
