Alpinestars is seeking a skilled Sales Channel Planner to join our Sales Operations team in Asolo, Italy. You will transform commercial data into clear insights that guide decision-making, analyse channel performance across regions, distributors, dealer networks and key wholesale partners.

In this role you will deliver regular reports, support Sell-In campaigns, monitor campaign performance, and help shape seasonal planning and long-term growth.

Competenze

• 10+ years in Sales Planning, Commercial Analysis or related roles.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach.
• Experience with wholesale channel management.
• Proficiency in Excel and BI tools.

Mansioni

• Monitor and analyse Gross Sales, Net Sales and discounts across geographies and channels.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on channel performance and dealer productivity.
• Support Sell-In campaigns and align sales strategies with market opportunities.
• Define and track sales campaign performance against targets.
• Evaluate distributors, dealers and major accounts to drive revenue growth.
• Analyse channel mix and geographical trends to optimise distribution.
