Job summary

Salesforce is seeking Senior Forward Deployed Engineers to own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI solutions for enterprise customers. You’ll design, build, and deploy complex AI systems, mentor teammates, and set engineering standards while collaborating with Deployment Strategists to shape outcomes and adoption.

You’ll work with tools like LangChain and LlamaIndex, contribute reusable patterns, and influence product and engineering roadmaps. Expect travel and strong customer-facing impact.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software engineering or technical delivery experience in enterprise AI, cloud, or SaaS environments.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Expertise in at least one language (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, or Apex) and familiarity with others.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end build and deployment of agentic AI solutions for strategic customers, from architecture decisions to production handoff.
• Design and ship agentic systems on the Agentforce platform: agent logic, tool calls, orchestration, guardrails, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pair sessions, and shared work; contribute reusable assets and playbooks.
