OK Group's Italian subsidiary is seeking a Financial Accounting Manager Italy to lead the accounting and financial oversight, ensuring IFRS compliance and tax adherence across the Italian entity.

You will coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, supervise balance sheets and P&L, and drive process improvements, including automation and finance transformation, in a multinational environment. Italian native with professional English are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• 5–7 years of experience in financial controlling, audit or senior accounting roles.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, especially IFRS 16.
• Fluent in Italian with professional English; Spanish a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee accounting of the Italian subsidiary ensuring accuracy of financial information.
• Ensure correct accounting treatment of vehicle fleets and related assets.
• Coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and statutory financial statements.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and P&L, resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate reconciliations between operational and financial systems.
• Ensure IFRS 16 compliance and other Group standards.
