Intermedia Selection is recruiting a Group Controller & Head of FP&A for a leading Italian listed international group near Milan. The role oversees group management reporting, budgeting and forecasting across Italy and international units, reporting to the Group CFO.

You will drive consolidation, improve reporting processes, and lead a central controlling team in a hands-on leadership style, balancing strategic oversight with detailed data analysis.

Competenze

• Experience in consolidated management reporting across multiple entities, business units or countries.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and performance-analysis capabilities.
• Sound IFRS understanding and link between management and statutory reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills and exposure to ERP systems.
• Ability to lead Finance professionals and influence senior stakeholders.
• Fluent Italian and very good English.

Mansioni

• Lead the Group reporting and planning cycle with visibility to executive leadership.
• Partner with CFO and Board to provide financial insight.
• Own consolidated monthly reporting, budgeting and EBITDA forecasts.
• Drive evolution of finance processes and systems for scalability.
• Coordinate Finance teams across countries and review data for accuracy.
