CATL Italy is expanding its Finance team in Milano. The role focuses on tax compliance, accounting, and closing activities, ensuring accurate reports and timely interactions with authorities.

You will manage expenses, budgeting, and participate in company-wide initiatives while coordinating with IT for system optimization. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in finance, strong knowledge of Italian GAAP/IFRS, and excellent English; Italian/Chinese language skills are a plus.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree; at least 8 years’ experience in finance or accounting in Italy.
• Familiar with Italian fiscal & tax system, Italian GAAP and IFRS; knowledge of China GAAP preferred.
• Excellent English required; Italian and Chinese helpful.

Mansioni

• Handle tax compliance including liaising with external consultants and authorities.
• Manage accounting, month-end closing, audits, and discrepancy resolution.
• Review expenses and approvals; support budgeting, PL, and cash flow forecasting.
