Clifford Chance in Milan is seeking a Finance Analyst to support the Finance team with accounting, reporting, budgeting, and control activities.

You will coordinate inputs from local teams and hubs, assist with month-end processes, and help prepare reconciliations, schedules, and statutory filings under supervision. Fluency in English and strong Excel skills are required, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and cross-functional projects.

Competenze

• Experience in accounting, reporting, reconciliations and month-end close.
• Knowledge of IFRS and accounting principles.
• Ability to prepare reconciliations and supporting schedules accurately.
• Understanding of internal controls and governance documentation.
• Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
• Experience with shared service centres or cross-functional teams is helpful.
• ERP or reporting tools exposure is desirable.
• Finance/Accounting degree or equivalent qualification.

Mansioni

• Perform accounting and reporting activities for Italy.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end close processes.
• Maintain reconciliations, tax payments, statutory filings, and audit requests.
• Coordinate inputs from Finance, Tax, Controller teams and hubs.
• Support audit and control processes by gathering documentation and evidence.
• Drive process improvements and leverage AI-enabled tools where appropriate.
