Thélios, part of the LVMH eyewear division, is seeking a Field Quality Manager to oversee product quality across its distribution network. The role links market feedback with Quality, Operations and Supply Chain to drive priority actions and cross-functional improvements.

You will lead a team handling market claims, coordinate quality controls with Logistics and hubs, and travel in Italy and internationally to capture the voice of the customer and ensure swift, data-driven responses.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality, Field Quality, Customer Quality or After Sales roles with increasing responsibility.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the Quality interface with Customer Service, boutiques, markets and commercial functions for claims and feedback from the market.
• Lead and develop the team responsible for managing market claims and eyewear refurbishing activities, ensuring clear priorities and timely interventions.
• Analyze non-quality data, identify trends and early warning signals, and provide clear reporting and KPIs to support decision-making.
• Coordinate management of market quality issues, ensuring containment, root cause analysis, action plans and effectiveness verification.
