Job summary

Thélios, a luxury eyewear group under LVMH, is seeking a Demand Planning Intern to join the Demand Planning team in Italy. The role focuses on forecasting, data analysis, and supporting Key Account customers to ensure service level excellence.

The position involves updating forecasts, assisting with initial customer orders, and collaborating with Sales and Demand Planning to monitor trends and forecast accuracy. Knowledge of Power BI and AI-based tooling is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• Strong analytical mindset with data-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Support management of Key Account assortment matrices and lifecycle plans.
• Assist in updating and maintaining sales forecasts for replenishment orders.
• Support planning of initial customer orders within supply constraints.
• Collaborate with Sales and Demand Planning to analyze sales plans and promotions.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and KPIs for service level performance.
