Thélios S.p.A. in Italy is seeking an Environment & Energy Specialist to join the HQ HSE & Facility team. You will help manage environmental processes, energy efficiency initiatives, and sustainability projects across facilities.

The role involves supporting waste and emissions compliance, ESG data collection, energy monitoring, and audits under ISO 14001 and ISO 50001, with a focus on continuous improvement and collaboration with suppliers and consultants.

Competenze

• Degree in Environmental, Energy, or Civil Engineering or related.
• At least 2 years of experience in environment, energy, or sustainability.
• Interest in ESG issues, energy efficiency, and plant management.
• Aptitude for problem-solving and project management.
• Strong orientation towards continuous improvement.

Mansioni

• Support the management of environmental compliance (waste, emissions, environmental authorizations and monitoring).
• Collaborate in data collection and processing activities for ESG initiatives and sustainability reporting.
• Support the monitoring of energy consumption and the identification of energy efficiency improvement projects.
• Participate in the development of circular economy initiatives and environmental impact reduction.
• Collaborate in the management of suppliers and consultants involved in environmental and energy projects.
• Support the planning and coordination of technical interventions on buildings, plants, and infrastructure.
• Contribute to the preparation of audits, certifications, and management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 50001, ESG).
• Develop KPIs and reports to support the decision-making process.

ENVIRONMENT & ENERGY SPECIALIST

We are looking for an Environment & Energy Specialist to join our HQ. The selected candidate will join the HSE & Facility team and actively collaborate in the management of environmental processes and corporate sustainability projects, while also supporting activities related to energy efficiency and infrastructural interventions in the facilities.

Job responsibilities

• Support the management of environmental compliance (waste, emissions, environmental authorizations and monitoring).

Profile

• Aptitude for problem-solving and project management.
• Strong orientation towards continuous improvement.

Additional information

For this position, the gross annual salary is EUR 30.000,00 gross per year. The actual remuneration may vary based on factors such as your unique combination of experience and skills, seniority, academic background, and sector of origin. This position is subject to the provisions of the national collective labor agreement (CCNL Eyewear) applicable to the role and applied by Thélios in Italy.
