Ephos is seeking a Senior Facility Engineer to oversee cleanroom and facility maintenance in a 24/7 fab environment. The role focuses on installing, maintaining, and scaling DI water, chemical, and gas supplies, while ensuring cleanroom conditions and supporting both production and R&D.

The successful candidate will drive process improvements and KPI tracking. We value hands-on engineers with 5+ years in facility operations, strong troubleshooting, and experience in cleanroom equipment control.

Competenze

Five or more years in facility operations, ideally including cleanroom equipment control management.
Experience in equipment maintenance with strong troubleshooting skills.
Experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing, with good communication skills.
Equivalent hands-on experience running a cleanroom facility and its ancillary equipment will be considered.

Mansioni

Establish engineering and maintenance processes for cleanroom support facilities and document to quality standards.
Track and improve delivery performance of facility supplies using SPC and statistical methods.
Apply structured problem solving and root cause analysis to resolve issues and implement permanent corrective actions.
Maintain timelines and cost/budget control.
Coordinate with facility equipment suppliers and escalate issues when needed.
Set up and monitor facility equipment performance KPIs against fab goals.
