Jobtailor seeks an Industrial/Process Engineer to lead multidisciplinary projects in regulated manufacturing environments, balancing technical excellence with GMP/GxP compliance and data integrity. You will manage the full lifecycle from requirements and design to installation, qualification and handover, coordinating Manufacturing, QA, Maintenance, HSE and Procurement.

Strong communication and ownership, pharma experience a plus, English B1+, AutoCAD and MS Project skills preferred near Noventa

Competenze

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• ≥2 years in process, project, or plant engineering in regulated industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary engineering projects involving utilities, HVAC, equipment, electrical infrastructure, and automation systems, balancing technical excellence, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and schedule commitments
• Manage project execution throughout the entire lifecycle, from requirements definition and design to installation, qualification, and handover
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP requirements, quality standards, data integrity principles, and applicable EHS regulations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, HSE, and Procurement to deliver effective technical solutions
• Manage relationships with engineering contractors, consultants, and equipment suppliers, ensuring alignment on technical requirements, scope, quality, and timelines
• Advise and approve strategy for deviations resolution and CAPAs implementation

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering discipline
• Not less than 2 years of experience in process engineering, project engineering, or plant engineering/operations, preferably within regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or food manufacturing
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is considered a plus
• Good knowledge of GxP regulatory requirements and qualification activities, including IQ/OQ/PQ protocols
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook), and experience using AutoCAD
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., MS Project) is considered an advantage
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and manage diverse stakeholders
• Well-developed organizational and prioritization skills, with a proactive attitude towards continuous learning, a strong sense of ownership, and a results-oriented mindset
