COOLTECH srl, a company specializing in components and systems for liquid cooling of electrical and electronic devices, is looking for a PRODUCTION MANAGER. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, the successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities within the Cooling Unit department, including a contamination-controlled environment (Cleanroom).

Responsibilities include supervising line operators, training, monitoring OEE, solving line issues, and driving

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Management, Mechanical, or Electronic Engineering.
• At least 5 years of experience in the role with proven production and efficiency monitoring experience and personnel management.
• Good knowledge of the English language.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and optimize production activities within the Cooling Unit department.
• Lead line operators and define shifts, ensuring on-time delivery and quality.
• Define and deliver training pathways for operators and onboard new hires.
