Ephos is seeking an Equipment Engineer to own wet bench, substrate singulation and CMP tools. You will lead equipment planning, selection and configuration, document preventive maintenance procedures, and train technicians on shift.

You will own installation, start-up and ramp for the tools, while coordinating with Process and Manufacturing to ensure quality and budget adherence. The role requires a BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and 5+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering.

Competenze

• BSc in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science or related field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor equipment engineering, preferably wet bench, singulation or CMP tools.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, energetic and a self-starter.
• Strong continuous improvement mindset to identify and eliminate waste and errors in processes.
• Full-time lab presence; remote applicants will not be considered.
