Job summary

TSMG is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to support maintenance, diagnostics, repair, and operational readiness of autonomous fleets across Europe. You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, and engineering teams to minimize downtime, perform EV diagnostics, high-voltage safety, and software updates for robotaxi operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
• Strong experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
• Experience with diagnostic tools and repair documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles for robotaxi fleets.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Support high-voltage safety and EV charging readiness.
• Lead shifts and mentor junior technicians when needed.
