TSMG Holding in Milano is seeking a SDS Specialist to support diagnostics, calibration, configuration, and readiness of self-driving systems across Europe. You will work with engineers, operations teams, and depot staff to identify issues, follow structured troubleshooting, and ensure reliable operation of autonomous vehicle platforms.

Competenze

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in automotive electronics, diagnostics, embedded systems, robotics, technical support, or complex technical systems
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience working with vehicle electronics, sensors, control systems, or advanced technical hardware
• Comfortable following structured software procedures and technical workflows
• Ability to work with diagnostic tools, logs, technical documentation, and engineering instructions
• High attention to detail and strong procedural discipline
• Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional technical teams
• Fluent English

Mansioni

• Diagnose and troubleshoot SDS issues affecting autonomous vehicle performance and fleet readiness
• Inspect, repair, replace, and validate SDS hardware components on autonomous vehicles
• Perform software updates, configuration changes, and system validation checks
• Perform calibration and verification activities for SDS sensors and hardware
• Serve as on-site SDS expert and support engineering and operations teams
• Maintain records of diagnostics, repairs, and calibration activities
• Ensure safety and compliance during SDS work
