Italdesign is seeking an experienced Embedded Software Lead to join the Electric/Electronics Development Team in Turin. You will guide a team of engineers, shaping software for automotive HPCs, zonal controllers and MCUs, and ensuring robust integration across SDV platforms.

The role requires senior expertise in AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive, embedded Linux (Yocto), and A-SPICE, with a strong focus on leadership, architecture, and collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders.

Competenze

• Minimum 5+ years of automotive embedded software development experience.
• Strong experience with GNU/Linux (Yocto/BSP) for embedded software.
• Proficient with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive and SOA concepts.
• Experience with SDV platforms integrating HPCs, zonal controllers, MCUs and SoCs.
• Experience with Automotive SPICE (A-SPICE) and software configuration management.
• Proven leadership and team coordination skills.

Mansioni

• Lead design, development and integration of embedded software for automotive HPCs and controllers.
• Define software architectures based on AUTOSAR Classic/Adaptive for SDV platforms.
• Mentor a team of developers and architects; manage priorities and decisions.
• Write and review requirements, specs and architecture docs per A-SPICE.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops and design meetings.
• Track issues and drive corrective actions across the SDLC; monitor KPIs.
