Italdesign is seeking an Embedded Software Lead to guide the Automotive HPCs, zonal controllers, MCUs and SoCs. You will shape software architectures for SDV platforms and lead a team through requirements, design reviews and lifecycle decisions.

The role requires 5+ years in automotive embedded software, strong AUTOSAR knowledge, and proficiency in GNU/Linux with Yocto/BSP. Turin-based with travel, offering competitive base salary and benefits.

Competenze

Master’s degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer or Automation Engineering or similar.
5+ years in automotive embedded software development (Tier1/OEMs).
Experience with AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive and SDV platforms.
Solid GNU/Linux (Yocto/BSP) experience; software configuration management.

Mansioni

Lead design, development and integration of embedded software for HPCs, zonal controllers, MCUs and SoCs.
Define and govern service-oriented software architectures for SDV platforms.
Mentor a team of embedded software developers and architects; coordinate priorities.
Write and review software requirements and architecture docs per A-SPICE.
Interface with stakeholders in design workshops and meetings.
Track issues and drive corrective actions across the lifecycle.
Define KPIs and analyze risks and progress; recommend improvements.
Steer and coordinate supplier activities.
