Black & White Engineering in Milan seeks a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to lead the design of electrical building services for mission-critical data centres. You will own complex electrical design challenges, review calculations, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

The role emphasises technical leadership, mentorship of junior engineers, and driving standards. Extensive knowledge of LV distribution, UPS, standby generation, and earthing is required.

Competenze

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering electrical building services design.
• Strong knowledge of LV distribution, UPS and standby power systems.
• Experience leading technical teams on large projects.
• Data centre or mission-critical experience is advantageous.

Mansioni

• Lead the design and delivery of electrical building services systems on mission-critical projects.
• Develop and review electrical calculations, specifications and technical reports.
• Design power distribution, UPS, standby generation and earthing systems.
• Support development of resilient electrical infrastructure solutions for hyperscale data centres.
• Coordinate with mechanical, structural and architectural teams for integrated delivery.
