Black & White Engineering in Milan is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead the design of high‑profile, data centre building services. You’ll own electrical distribution topologies, UPS strategies, emergency lighting, and mains power planning from concept through to delivery, ensuring robust, compliant, and client‑focused solutions.

As part of a newly established Milan office, you’ll mentor engineers, coordinate multi‑disciplinary design teams, and help define how the business grows in

Competenze

• Proven experience leading electrical design of complex building services projects, ideally data centres.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution topology design, emergency lighting, and UPS solutions.
• Experience as lead engineer and liaising with clients and external design teams.
• Ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary design teams and ensure regulatory compliance.
