Mane Contract Services is recruiting for a Lead Electrical Engineer for a major data centre project in Milan, Italy. The role involves leading electrical design, coordination, installation, commissioning and handover with strong leadership across the project lifecycle.

The candidate will ensure robust, compliant electrical designs, mentor junior engineers and liaise with clients, vendors and subcontractors while overseeing testing and handover activities.

Competenze

• 3rd level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering.
• 7+ years' project engineering experience, preferably within construction.
• Strong experience with LV and MV electrical systems.
• Proven experience delivering projects in Data Centre, Commercial, Industrial or Pharmaceutical environments.

Mansioni

• Lead electrical engineering and design management activities throughout the project.
• Review electrical designs and specifications, identify gaps and risks.
• Coordinate electrical equipment procurement and technical compliance.
• Work with BIM and construction teams to ensure constructible designs.
• Mentor junior engineers and manage multiple priorities.
