ERM is seeking a motivated Senior Consultant in Environmental Health and Safety to join our growing team in Milan with flexible working arrangements.

Based in Milan, you will support EHS across construction projects, assess risks, advise on regulations, and help clients implement safe practices and training programs while promoting a strong safety culture. Regular travel to Italy and abroad is expected.

Competenze

• Experience as an H&S expert with knowledge of regulations and standards.
• 3-4 years of experience in construction safety.
• Experience auditing and safety inspections; training delivery.
• Proficiency in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Support managing EHS aspects across all phases of construction site projects.
• Identify risks, conduct risk assessments, and develop preventive measures.
• Advise clients on standards and regulations in occupational safety and health.
• Review and update security policies to ensure best practices and legal compliance.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate training/workshops in occupational safety and health.
• On-site diagnostics and tailoring solutions to build strong safety culture.
• Travel regularly to client sites in Italy and abroad.
