PE Global is seeking an experienced EHS Lead to join a large data centre project on-site in Milan, Italy. The role requires leading the EHS team, ensuring adherence to environmental, health and safety plans, and maintaining strong client liaison on safety matters.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant EHS qualification and substantial experience in major construction projects, with excellent communication and leadership skills to drive a proactive safety culture on site.

Competenze

Requires relevant Environmental, Health and Safety qualification.
Significant experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects; data centre experience is an advantage.
Proven ability to lead an EHS team and deliver project milestones.
Excellent communication and leadership capabilities; ability to work cross-functionally.

Mansioni

Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation and project delivery plans.
Lead and develop the EHS team on site to foster a strong safety culture.
Coordinate method statements, risk assessments and permits to work.
Deliver safety trainings and information sessions across all project levels.
Conduct site audits, document findings and drive corrective actions.
Maintain client-facing communication and promptly address observations.
