Ramboll Group A/S in Italy is seeking an experienced Senior EHS Consultant to support Environmental, Health & Safety due diligence and compliance projects for private equity, corporate and financial clients across industrial sectors. You will work with Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams to assess EHS risks, reviews, and support M&A lifecycle advisory.

Role requires strong knowledge of environmental and health & safety regulations, with the ability to communicate findings to clients in

Competenze

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of professional EHS consulting experience.
• Experience in EHS audits and site assessments.
• Knowledge of Italian environmental and occupational health & safety legislation (Legislative Decree 152/2006; 81/2008).
• Experience supporting EHS Due Diligence in M&A or transaction advisory context.
• Strong analytical, report-writing and project execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English.

Mansioni

• Conduct Environmental, Health & Safety Due Diligence for M&A/financing transactions.
• Perform EHS compliance audits and site assessments across facilities.
• Review environmental permitting and regulatory obligations.
• Evaluate occupational health & safety programs, risk assessments, and contractor management.
• Support identification, prioritization and remediation of EHS risks.
• Prepare high-quality technical reports and client deliverables in Italian and English.
• Participate in site visits, meetings and stakeholder interactions.
• Contribute to team development and continuous improvement.
• Support business development and client relationships.
