Ramboll Group A/S is seeking an EHS Consultant to join our Environment and Health Department in a hybrid role based in our Rome or Milan offices. You will bring 2–3 years of experience in Compliance, Transaction and Corporate Services with emphasis on Health & Safety due diligence in M&A, and you will communicate in Italian and English.

You will work within an international team across contaminated site management, permitting, due diligence, climate risk, and sustainability, contributing to a

Competenze

• Master level degree in Occupational Health and Safety/Environmental/Chemical engineering, Environmental Science or similar.
• Knowledge of D. Lgs. 81/2008 and D. Lgs 152/2006, ASTM standards.
• Fluent in Italian and English both spoken and written; a third language is a plus.
• Knowledge of decommissioning, REACH and CLP regulation is a plus.

• Execution of Environmental and/or Health and Safety Due Diligence
• Execution of EHS compliance audits
• Execution of H&S Risk Assessments and review of H&S Plan
• Execution of ESG review
• Direct interaction with Clients and third parties (e.g. lawyers, advisors, vendor/buyer, regulators) with strong negotiation and teamwork.
• Proposal and reporting in Italian or English language
