ERM in Milan is seeking an HSE Intern to support our Health and Safety Team. The role involves assisting in audits, training material, and development of Environmental and Health & Safety systems according to ISO standards.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in environmental engineering, Environmental sciences or other relevant disciplines.
• Familiarity with EHS regulations and industrial hygiene basics.
• Willingness to travel and to work in an international environment, curiosity, flexibility, team player attitude, accuracy in the delivery.
• Good knowledge of Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken (level B2/C1). Knowledge of another European language will be considered a plus

Mansioni

• Support on the performance of compliance and technical audits, awareness raising, training programs, and hazard and risk identification and assessment
• Working on the preparation of the material for activities related to H&S Training and field coaching, including competency assessment, training programs for behavioral change, human factor analysis and assessment
• Support in development of Environmental Management and Health and Safety Systems according to ISO standards
• Support the team in the writing of high-quality reports to meet the needs of our clients and regulatory requirements
