Chiesi is seeking a Senior Director, Clinical Excellence AIR - Bronchiectasis & Non-obstructive Lung Diseases to steer the global clinical development strategy, lead a physician-scientist team across geographies, and align R&D and commercial goals.

You will drive trial design, regulatory submissions, and health authority interactions, and foster a high-performing, inclusive culture while delivering meaningful patient outcomes at scale.

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical R&D with substantial clinical development leadership roles.
• Experience designing and executing comprehensive clinical development plans.
• Track record of leading global clinical teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong leadership presence and strategic thinking.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the clinical development strategy for Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Hypertension and ILD aligned with R&D and commercial objectives.
• Serve as senior clinical representative in global cross-functional governance for asset development and prioritization.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a multinational team of Clinical Development professionals across multiple geographies.
• Ensure optimal study designs, endpoints, and execution strategies to support regulatory approval and market access.
• Contribute to health authority briefing documents and major regulatory submissions.
• Foster a culture of trust, empowerment, collaboration, and accountability.
