Chiesi Cremona, Lombardy, Italy, seeks a Senior Director of Clinical Excellence for Bronchiectasis and Non-obstructive Lung Diseases to lead global clinical development strategy and manage a physician-scientist team across geographies.

You will align R&D with commercial objectives, shape trial designs, drive regulatory submissions, and build an inclusive, high‑performing culture that improves patient outcomes at scale.

Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical R&D with substantial clinical development leadership roles.
• Significant experience designing and executing comprehensive clinical development plans.
• Track record of driving programs from early development to regulatory submission and approval.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the clinical development strategy for Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Hypertension and Interstitial Lung Diseases in line with R&D and commercial objectives.
• Serve as senior clinical representative in global cross-functional governance for asset development and prioritization.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Clinical Development professionals across multiple geographies.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans for individuals and the team.
• Provide medical and scientific leadership across all phases of clinical trials, ensuring optimal study designs and endpoints.
• Contribute to health authority briefing documents and major regulatory submissions.
