Competenze

• MD with board certification in pulmonology.
• Minimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical R&D with leadership roles.
• Experience leading global clinical teams in matrixed environments.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the clinical development strategy for Bronchiectasis, Pulmonary Hypertension and ILD in line with R&D and commercial objectives.
• Serve as senior clinical representative in global cross-functional governance for asset development and prioritization.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of scientific, regulatory, and competitive landscapes within respiratory medicine.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Clinical Development professionals across multiple geographies.
• Establish clear goals, performance expectations, and development plans for individuals and the team.
• Foster a culture of trust, empowerment, collaboration, and accountability.
• Drive operational excellence through coaching, resource planning, and risk mitigation.
• Participate in departmental and broader talent development, succession planning, and leadership forums.
• Provide medical and scientific leadership across all phases of clinical trials.
• Ensure optimal study designs, endpoints, and execution strategies to support regulatory approval and market access.
• Contribute to health authority briefing documents and major regulatory submissions.
