Competenze

• Minimum 8–10 years in pharmaceutical R&D with substantial clinical development leadership roles.
• Significant experience designing and executing comprehensive clinical development plans.
• Track record of driving programs from early development to regulatory submission and approval.
• Experience leading global clinical teams in matrixed environments.

Mansioni

• Define and drive the clinical development strategy for key indications in respiratory medicine.
• Serve as senior clinical representative in global cross-functional governance for asset development and prioritization.
• Maintain knowledge of scientific, regulatory, and competitive landscapes within respiratory medicine.
• Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Clinical Development professionals across multiple geographies.
• Establish goals, performance expectations, and development plans for individuals and the team.
