Viatris is seeking a Senior Director – HR COEs, Global Talent Management to shape and embed a high‑performance culture across the enterprise. This role leads strategy, design and ongoing evolution of global talent and performance management, delivering actionable insights to inform decision making.

As a core member of the Global Talent COE, you’ll partner with HRBPs and business leaders to translate enterprise strategy into scalable, data‑driven talent practices, collaborate with People

Qualifications

• Proven HR leadership with deep expertise in talent management and organizational effectiveness.
• Experience in large, global, matrixed organizations and with enterprise talent strategies.
• Strong change leadership and ability to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, design and evolution of global talent and performance management.
• Oversee end-to-end talent solutions from research to implementation and optimization.
• Partner with HRBPs and leaders to translate enterprise strategy into scalable talent practices.
• Collaborate with People Solutions, HR Technology and analytics teams to modernize talent management digitally.
• Embed a high-performance culture and drive adoption in matrixed environments.
