Mitsubishi Chemical Europe is seeking an HR Director CPC to shape and deliver the HR agenda for CPC, supporting integration, organizational development, and sustainable growth within an international, matrix-driven environment.

You translate group HR strategies into people solutions, partner with CPC leadership and employee representatives, and lead execution of talent, governance, and change initiatives across the region.

Competenze

• Master's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Extensive senior HR leadership experience in international matrix structures.
• Proven post-merger integration and HR operating model development.
• Broad expertise in employee relations and HR governance.
• Commercial mindset with strong execution and stakeholder management.
