Haier Europe in Vimercate, Italy, seeks a Digital Analytics & Web Performance Specialist to lead GA4 analytics, CRO, and web performance optimization across markets. You will own CRO and A/B testing platforms, build dashboards in Looker Studio and Power BI, and collaborate with UX, DTC, and local teams to drive data-driven decisions that improve user experience and ROI.

The role is a fixed-term contract with a national CCNL; the minimum gross annual salary is €30,000.
