Venchi, a renowned Italian chocolate and gelato company, seeks a Retail Purchasing Intern to join the Procurement Team in Milan. The role supports the Procurement Manager with sourcing materials, services, and subcontractors for construction sites and Venchi retail stores.

You will help manage costs, ensure on-time delivery, and uphold quality while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is pursuing a degree in a relevant field, has strong Excel skills, and is

Competenze

• Degree or ongoing studies in Civil/Building Engineering, Management Engineering, Architecture, Economics, or related fields.
• Good knowledge of Excel and standard IT tools.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Accuracy, reliability, and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Problem-solving attitude and good communication/negotiation skills.

Mansioni

• Support the management of purchase orders for materials, equipment, and services.
• Request, collect, and compare quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Enter and update purchase orders in the ERP system.
• Monitor deliveries in coordination with construction sites and retail stores.
• Support the management and development of supplier relationships.
• Support cost analysis activities by project.
• Collaborate with the Technical Department and the Finance/Administration team.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company procurement procedures.
