Campari Group is seeking a Global Planning CoE Manager – Demand & S&OP to drive global standards and governance for demand planning and S&OP across regions. You will design operating models, ensure data integrity, and lead the maturity evolution of processes such as IBP.

This is a leadership role in a matrix FMCG environment, requiring strategic vision and strong collaboration with IT, Supply Chain, Finance and regional teams.

Competenze

• 8-10 years in Planning and S&OP roles with increasing responsibility.
• Proven experience in global or regional planning leadership and transformation programs (IBP).
• Experience in process design, standardization, and operating model definition.

Mansioni

• Define and govern global Demand & S&OP processes, models, KPIs.
• Lead standardization and maturity of S&OP/IBP processes globally.
• Drive adoption of planning tools (e.g., SAP IBP) and new system capabilities.
• Partner with IT to define roadmaps and manage releases.
• Contribute to AI-enabled planning capabilities and data quality monitoring.
