Job summary

Moncler Group in Milan seeks an engaged Demand Planner to join our Integrated Business Planning function at HQ. You will support demand forecasting for carry over products and align with production and distribution to ensure product availability.

Through data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, you will drive inventory optimization and service levels across regions. The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan and analyze demand forecasts to optimize sourcing and distribution of carry over products.
• Collaborate with production, planning and merchandising to ensure efficient supply flow and meet market demand.
• Analyze historical sales data to develop accurate forecasts of future demand.
• Collaborate with regional teams to gather insights on market trends and promotions.
• Use statistical models to generate short- and long-term demand forecasts.
• Monitor forecast performance and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with production to plan capacity and allocate resources.
• Analyze inventory data to identify optimal stock levels and minimize excesses.
• Generate reports on forecast performance, stock turnover, and key metrics.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market demand and trends to drive decisions.
