Marionnaud Group in Milan is seeking a Demand Planning Manager to lead demand planning, stock optimization and service levels across stores. You will drive forecasting accuracy, manage a team, and coordinate with Trade, suppliers and logistics to support launches and peak periods.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in Supply Chain / Demand Planning, strong forecasting and analytics, and fluent English. This is a senior role in a fast-paced, international environment.

We’re looking for a Demand Planning Manager to join our team in Milan

We are looking for a Demand Planning Manager who will lead this critical mission and play a central role in connecting commercial ambition with operational excellence.
This is not just a planning role.
You will be responsible for driving demand planning, stock optimization and service level performance, directly impacting sales, availability and working capital — while leading a team and shaping the way we operate.
You will sit at the intersection of Supply Chain, Trade, Retail, Finance, and E-commerce, ensuring alignment between commercial priorities and execution.
We offer a competitive compensation package aligned with the seniority and experience of the candidate, typically in the €52,000–€60,000 gross annual salary range, plus a performance-related bonus.
