Darktrace is seeking a Solutions Engineer in Milano to support the sales team with technical pre-sales and post-sales activities. You will partner with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue and adoption of our AI-powered cybersecurity solutions.

You will be the technical single point of contact for clients and partners, designing integrations, presenting Threat Intelligence insights, and translating complex concepts into compelling business value.

Competenze

• Technical background with pre/post-sales experience required.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, networking protocols (TCP/IP) and common devices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Mansioni

• Collaborate with Account Executives to deliver POV engagements.
• Present Threat Intelligence Reports to diverse audiences.
• Design and build client integrations and define solution architectures.
